Abstract

According to the existing problems of fatigue bending test machine, a new method for fatigue resonance experiment of the multiple crankshaft was presented. Based on control and vibration principle, a new crankshaft bending fatigue experiment system was designed, which included workbench, activator and controller. The swing arm was installed on crankshaft, which form a resonance structure. The system of swing arm and crankshaft come into being resonance at certain excitation frequency, which could realize the fatigue resonance experiment of whole crankshaft. The mathematical model of resonance system was built and analyzed from modal and control theory. The modal experiment prove that the multi-cylinder crankshaft fatigue resonance system and its mathematical model is correct, which show that the experiment method of multi-cylinder crankshaft fatigue resonance is feasible.
