Abstract
The essay proposed a new calculating method of distance to solve some problems of DV-Hop positioning algorithm when used to compute the distance of unknown nodes to anchor nodes in the wireless sensor network. The algorithm involved the effect of the angle formed by three consecutive nodes in the path of unknown nodes to anchor nodes, on distance, so the distance can be calculated more accurately. The improved algorithm can increase coverage rate and location precision effectively.
