Abstract

Point target detection of low CFAR and high DP challenges the general methods. The performance can be reached by detecting and tracking and recognition at the same time. In this paper, the low CFAR and high DP can be received by computing correlated frames and detected threshold based on the theory of binomial distribution. And the analysis of theory is verified by the simulation of computer.
