Abstract

This paper mainly discusses the buildup of an intelligent control communication system of one type semi-active suspension. The Single Chip Micro computer (SCM) module was designed to acquire data automatically, which showed the working performance of the semi-suspension. Meanwhile, the software and hardware design method of the communication between SCM and PC was given out. with the powerful instrument control and flexible programmable ability of LABVIEW, the communication software between SCM and PC based on the serial port was provided. The experiment showed that this system could know the performance of the semi-suspension in time.
