Abstract
In this article, new characteristics of plate end-fire antenna are found. In order to increase gain and directivity, plate end-fire antennas are arrayed. By the combination of simulation and previous results, this kind of array is found to be inconsistent with the theory of antenna arrays. In order to get high directivity, the space of the array should be increased and best result can be got on 1.5 wavelengths, and this kind of structure needs further analysis.
