N2 - Time domain near field measurement theory was first present in the 1994, since then practical test verified the feasibility of the measurement technology. However, error system of time domain near field measurement has not been summarized as system in frequency domain measurement which makes time domain measurement can not be applied in engineering tests as frequency domain measurement. In this paper, in order to summarize error system, errors which are only existed in timedomain near field measurement were discussed.
