The environment temperature simulation research of gyroscope

Abstract

The gyros are the key parts in inertial guidance systems. The working accuracy and reliability of the gyros will affect the accuracy of inertial guidance systems directly. Therefore, increasing the working accuracy is a major subject for discussion. There are lots of factors affecting the accuracy. For example, the manufacturing processes, the inner configuration, the working environments and so on. Among of these factors, the larger areas influenced by heating components on gyros, the more negative influences would be made on the accuracy of gyros. For reducing its influences on the temperature distribution on gyro, two axial flow fans are installed among the gyro system. This paper studies the formation process of constant temperature in gyro auto-controlled ontology structure and the simulation technology. The results and methods provide important theoretical and application value for the high design level in the temperature device of gyros and the working accuracy.
