Abstract

The burning rates of B/Pb3O4 delay compositions were investigated. Boron content was varied from 1 to 16% and the ambient temperature from -50°C up to 70°C. The measured burn rates increased as both parameters were increased and ranged from 1.28 to 3.12 cm/s. The data were correlated using an empirical model.
