Abstract

The correction in frequency domain is different and constant in each frequency point, because of multi-reflection, waveguide transmission, coaxial conversion factors and many other factors. This article focuses on the system, explores the relationship between the parts that include the reflection, transmission attenuation, waveguide coaxial switch matching and probe receiving features and frequency, and also defines the concept of probe correction transfer function to characterize the effect of the characteristics of probe on probe correction.
