Abstract

Based on the theory and experiment, blast seismic wave frequency, energy and vibration near the ground surface of delay dynamite source were analyzed with the following conclusions: delay time has the greatest influence to the superposition effect of delay explosive source, and high precision electronic detonator is very suitable for delay explosive source design. Compared delay dynamite source with ordinary explosive source, the differences of the seismic wave energy between them are not big, but the dominant frequency increases 10%~20%, and high frequency energy is high, and it has the wider frequency. The vibration near the surface caused by explosion is smaller than normal dynamite source by more than 50%, so the security is very high. To sum up, compared with ordinary dynamite source, delay dynamite source with appropriate delay time has higher predominant frequency and wider frequency bandwidth, The vibration near the surface caused by explosion is smaller by 50%, so the explosive source seismic exploration is effective and safe, and suitable for the high resolution and higher requirements for security of seismic exploration.
