N2 - In order to tackle the problem that testability of weapon design technology lag behind the development of weapon equipment, an approach to analyze and evaluate system testability based on multi-signal model was proposed. In this paper, multi-signal model of ignition circuit in fuze was set up, the system testability was evaluated quantitatively and some effective strategies for diagnosis were obtained. Simulation results indicated that fast and accurate fault detection and isolation can be implemented by using this method, which has the characteristics as follows easy modeling, low distortion and strong generality. This method is suitable for the parallel design for testability of weapon system.
