Abstract
Laser ignition system in weapon system must adapt to the demand of temperature. High and low temperature test of laser ignition system has carried out, the law which threshold current and output optical power of laser diode vary with temperature is drawn. Based on those research results, a temperature control system for laser diode is developed, in which single chip is used as control unit, TEC is used as cooling/heating unit, and NTC is adopted as temperature measurement unit.
