Abstract
Aluminum nitride powder was synthesized by in situ reaction. The character of AlN powder is determined by means of chemical analysis, XRD, SEM, granularity analysis etc. The results show that this technology has unique advantages compared with conventional synthesis methods, which have two major difficulties including higher cost and higher oxygen content. The effects of synthesized temperature and additives in raw alloys on the reaction are discussed.
