Abstract

Different polyimide oligomers were synthesized with ODA/ODPA as monomer and NA as end capper. The optimum reaction time in the period of polyamic acid is 40 min, the optimum imidization temperature is 80°C; DSC and TGA results show that Tg value of the oligomer increases with its NA content increasing, but decreases with its molecular weight increasing; the thermal stability decreases with its NA content increasing, but increases with its molecular weigh increasing.
