Abstract
Four new compounds of titanocene carbohydrate were synthesized by combining individual carbohydrate with Cp 2TiCl 2. They were C 12H 21O 12· C 10H 10TiCl, C 14H 20NO 11· C 10H 10TiCl·8H 2O, C 12H 21O 12· C 14H 20NO 11· C 10H 10Ti·26H 2O and C 14H 24NO 13 C 10H 10TiCl. All compounds were characterizated by IR, 1H-NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis and were tested to examine the growth of uterine cancer cells. Biological experiments show that all presented compounds are dissolved easily in water and have better anti-tumor effects. In addition, the target affectation to liver of glycanonic acid is exhibited.
