Abstract

Ultrasonic leak detection is an important technology in leak detection technology, which has the advantages of fast detection speed and high sensitivity. Based on the theory of leakage acoustics, the propagation of leakage ultrasound in the air is analyzed, and a gas leakage detection device based on ultrasonic transducer array is designed. Based on the device, a leak location method based on sound pressure and TDOA mobile switching is proposed. Firstly, the leak location is roughly judged by sound pressure relationship, then the detector position is adjusted by the real-time guidance of the display screen, and finally the leak location is accurately located by the arrival time relationship of ultrasonic signal. The experimental results show that when there is a small hole leakage, the method can locate the leakage point quickly and accurately, which verifies the correctness and feasibility of the method.
