Abstract

This paper studies the principle and implementation of the step frequency phased-array radar. A new method for phase shift re-setup between stepped-frequency echo pulse is presented as a new solution for wide band phased-array radar with large scan angle. Several implementation schemes of step frequency phased-array radar are discussed.
