Abstract
Concerning the growing demand of high-speed response of electric-pneumatic proportional valve, in this paper, we developed an electric-pneumatic pressure valve system driven by voice coil motor (VCM). We build the mathematical model of the system and performed experiments for validation. Satisfied results of control of pressure were obtained owing to the excellent characteristics of VCM. And for further optimization we designed an active disturbance rejection controller (ADRC), whose superiority over PID controller has been validated through data analysis.
