Abstract

Ba0.6Sr0.4(Zr0.2SnxTi0.8-x)O3 ceramics were obtained by ceramic sintering processing. The results show that Ba0.6Sr0.4(Zr0.2SnxTi0.8-x)O3 ceramic is a promising candidate for the DC electric field tunable materials, because they exhibit high relative dielectric tunability 27.9% (x=0.03) at 1.5 kV/mm, low dielectric constant <2000 (when x>0.01), and very low dielectric loss 0.00010 (x=0.05) at 100 kHz and room temperature. X-ray diffraction analyses indicates that the samples present perovskite phase.
