Abstract

In order to test the solid propellant micro-thruster array, a testing stand with four high-precision piezoelectric quartz sensors was designed to measure the main thrust and the coordinates of working thrusters in the array. The static calibration method was discussed, and harmonic analysis was also performed. The X-shaped plate was shrunk by more than 85% in material weight by the means of topology optimization. At last the thrust stand can meet the test requirements in theory.
