Study of fine structure of interference fringe on diffraction pattern

Abstract

When the filament was irradiated by He-Ne laser beam directly, the fine structure of diffraction fringe was discovered. The fringe was analyzed using the filament diffraction light intensity distribution function, and the mathematical expression of fringe was established. These formulas were used to quantitatively analyze the experimental result. It was proved that the theoretical model is successful.
