Abstract

In the development process of equipment, the design level of reliability, maintainability and supportability of equipment will affect the displaying of battle effectiveness, and determining the war result in the future. So the balancing method of RMS indexes for equipment based on effectiveness under this circumstance was raised. Firstly, on the foundation of clearing the relationship between feature index and system effectiveness, the main impact factors for equipment according to definition of effectiveness were analyzed, and then the balance objects were defined. Next, the balance model was built up according to the theory of system dynamics based on integrated expression of equipment effectiveness. In order to select and optimize the balanced index program, the optimization experiment model was built in accordance with the iteration of indexes lastly. The simulation result can provide basis and suggestions for the argumentation and design of new equipment.
