Signal collection and B-mode imaging processing of ultrasonic phased array

Abstract

A standard sample was detected without destruction in this way using individual channel device to realize multi-channels phased control. According to the corresponding the relationship between the arriving time of echo and location of focus, A scan was processed B-mode imaging using signal feature. An approach which the image is binary processed based on threshold is proposed to improve image resolution. MATLAB simulated result shows that the approach can improve image lateral resolution and the accuracy of defect orientation.
