Secure group communication in multi-agent systems

Abstract

How to implement secure communication among agents is become more and more important. Firstly, this paper proposes the multi-agent secure group communication architecture and corresponding secure group communication protocols to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, authenticity and non-repudiation of group communication message. Secondly, this paper proposes three multi-agent group re-key protocols to ensure each agent have the same group key. Fourthly, this paper analyzes group security policy management protocols in multi-agent systems. Finally, this paper extends the base KQML to support multi-agent group re-key protocols, secure group communication protocols and group security policy management protocols.
