Abstract

This article has been retracted: please see Elsevier Policy on Article Withdrawal (https://www.elsevier.com/about/policies/article-withdrawal). This article has been retracted at the request of the authors. Authors found that follow-up research results are different from those in the article and that the reproducibility of the experiment is not reliable. In the original version of the article, it is described that nanosized KCl was doped in octaphenylsilsesquioxane (OPS). Fig. 9 also demonstrated that KCl was immobilized into OPS-K2 with the form of single nano particles. However in follow-up experiment of OPS-K, authors found that there are no nanosized KCl particles in octaphenylsilsesquioxane (OPS) if the crude product was washed under ultrasonic conditions. The authors realized that the doping of nanosized KCl is an unstable state. Authors re-evaluated the flame retardancy of OPS-K/PC composites and found that the test results are different from those in the manuscript.
