Abstract

In supply chain advanced planning and scheduling (APS), the selection of suppliers is a critical decision-making process, with the production capacity of suppliers serving as a key factor in making that decision. This paper conducts an analysis and study of methods for evaluating the production capacity of suppliers and establishes a supplier production capacity model, which can be applied to solve supply chain configuration and scheduling problems, in order to optimize the efficiency and accuracy of the entire supply chain.
