N2 - We demonstrate a 2097nm Q-switched Ho:YAG ceramic laser resonantly pumped by a Tm:YLF laser. The Q-switched pulse energy was 9.6 mJ at a pulse repetition frequency (PRF) of 200 Hz and 10.2 mJ at a PRF of 100 Hz, respectively. The M2 factors were measured to be less than 1.1 in both directions.
