Abstract

Implement 3D reconstruction of medical image by volume splatting algorithm. Discuss imaging theory of volume rendering and splatting algorithm, analyze error of splatting algorithm, and improve image synthesis of splatting algorithm. Implement the improved splatting algorithm by using VC and OpenGL. Image stripes in volume rendering using splatting algorithm have been eliminated and good results have been obtained.
