Abstract

Working principle of power-shift steering transmission wet shifting clutch was introduced. Based on the law of oil pressure and speed of sliding friction in the course of clutch combine and apart, the characteristic equation of clutch oil pressure and speed of sliding friction was draw up. And the mathematical model for calculating the wear of wet shifting clutch friction disc was found. According to the wear experimental results of clutch friction disc, the relationship between oil pressure influence exponent and combine time and the relationship between speed of sliding friction influence exponent and combine time were confirmed. 18000 times clutch shifting experiments was accomplished by the experimental system witch was built to test the wear of power-shift steering transmission wet shifting clutch, It is indicated that the wear of wet shifting clutch can be expressed by a function of the oil pressure and the speed of sliding friction.
