Abstract

The vibration noise levels of a compound structures attached to the constrained viscoelastic damping layer were measured by means of experiments under the different temperatures and thicknesses of damping layer. The results show that the compound structure with constrained damping layer is efficient and varies with temperature for suppressing structure vibration and noise.
