Abstract

An arbitrary-site support-free launching mode is intended to be taken by some vehicular missile weapon system. The vibration damping requirements of the key section of missile transporter-launcher can be met by using active suspensions for both the launching and maneuvering states simultaneously. By using optimal control and adaptive control theoryies respectively, two controllers were designed for launching and maneuvering states and the actuator switching strategy was also given. The simulation results prove that the method has a satisfactory vibration damping effect.
