It makes analysis on the operation deployment process, critical path and procedure of the truck based on the RLP problem solving algorithm, and makes optimization allocation to the scheme by using genetic algorithm. The new allocation scheme after the optimization can increase the efficiency by 12.5% and realize the reasonable allocation of human resources.",
