Abstract

For the urgent requirement of enterprises production process visualization and to solve the problem that it is difficult to do the real-time data processing efficiently, the paper presents the architecture of real-time data processing methods of visual production system based on event-driven. Event processing methods based on semantic space and complex event handling mechanism are proposed in the framework. The static information and real-time event information are translated into unified event data format and then sent into the relational database according to the presented methods. And the real-time production status information is provided by manufacturing data center on the basis of individual requirements of users, so that production process visualization is achieved. At last, the methods are validated by the case study of the order tracking and production visualization system of an electronic components production enterprise.
