N2 - The traditional electronic components enterprise has a mixed mode of MTO and MTS production characteristics, and the information flow of production is dispersed and varied, which makes the tracking of order fulfillment process difficult. For the realization of the order fulfillment process visualization, on the basis of the information flow on the production of electronic components, order tracking method based on multilevel bill of lots is proposed and information flow model for the production of electronic components is given, and also the order tracking system is designed and developed to realize batch traceability between the raw materials and end products. Finally, a sample example of implement of the order tracking system in an electronic enterprise is shown to verify the validity of the method.
