Abstract

In order to research the launch problem of ship-based missile, the virtual prototype technology was brought in to build the multi-body dynamic model, and the ship motion in the sea was simulated by defining the point movement. The launch under different condition was simulated by time discrete sampling. The launch numerical experiment was conducted under different thrust, launch site and sea condition. The results show that the outlet pitch and yaw angular velocities present periodic fluctuation under different ignition time, but the variation of roll velocity is random. By contrast, larger thrust and better sea condition are conducive to launch. The missile outlet synthesis angular velocity is approximately periodic changing with ship motion, and the bad and suitable launch window exists alternately.
