Research on No Load Shifting Process of AMT in Pure Electric Vehicles

Abstract

This paper aims at increasing the robustness of shifting with the PMSM with the inertia variation. According to the characteristics of the structure of the dynamical system in PEV, inertia variation can cause control instability when AMT is in shifting process. The control method of PMSM is studied. MATLAB/Simulink software is used to build simulation model, combined with fuzzy sliding mode vector control algorithm for simulation. The results show that the control algorithm can effectively reduce the wear of the synchronous device and realize the rapid shift.
