Abstract

This paper introduces a Missile-borne Storage Measurement System (MSMS), which consists of High-g accelerometer, amplifier, A/Dconverter, micro-controller, NonVolatile-Memory (NVM) and Batteries. It can measure and record the acceleration signal sensed by the accelerometer, and the data can be preserved in NVM even system power is exhausted. After working process is completed, it can be taken out, then the data can be transferred to computer through serial interface (SI). And also the post-processing software can display the signal waveform for further analyses. This system fits for the testing and measuring of vibrations and shocks in various situations. Finally after experiments, the feasibility and reliability of the MSMS is validated.
