Research on influence of human capital on the economy growth based on the extended solow model

    Abstract

    Based on analyzing effluence factor of human capital and relationship between human capital and economic growth, We established a comprehensive measurement system of human capital on four dimensions which were education, labor retraining, physical and mental health of labor and the rational flow of labor; On this basis, the paper using sample data form statistical yearbook of 1990-2010, the measurement of comprehensive level of human capital by factor analysis, and then puts the result of human capital stock into expanded Solow model, combined with the latest demographic data of sixth census statistics. The research result shows that human capital and technology progress are becoming gradually key elements for economic growth in China; influence from the amount of labor was declining.
