Abstract
Millimetre-wave radar has become the core sensor of modern cars due to its low cost, high precision, and all-weather, all-weather advantages, and will play an important role in the realization of automatic driving in the future. For vehicle-mounted millimetre-wave radars, the contradiction between the angular resolution and the view FOV of detection angle is an important issue to be solved urgently. This article focuses on the research of the vehicle-mounted millimetre wave radar angle measurement method, and proposes a new millimetre wave radar array processing method, which solves the problem of angle ambiguity through phase compensation, and achieves a larger angle measurement range while ensuring high angular resolution. At the same time, high-precision measurement of the pitch angle is completed.
