Abstract

The coal mine information integrated service digital network (ISDN) system was put forward based on the low-pressure electric power line after analyzing briefly the structure of coal mine distribution system, connected with communication and monitoring networks existed already. This system adopted the construction of bus structure and distributed system, used different modulation methods include orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM), spread spectrum, FSK, PSK etc. according to a difference delivering information and equipment, making use of the broadband electrical multicarrier data communication techniques to improve capacity processing comprehensively coal mine information. This kind of ISDN increased the stability of the security and economy value, improved the compatibility of system, constituted the synthetical digital control systems including the automation inside. Introduced the experiment and analysis based on modulation method of OFDM and spread spectrum communication to transmit the data through different phase of the low-pressure electric power line as the medium, and the throughout reached 1-2 M, this test proves that the digital communication technique based on OFDM can be used in coal mine communication systems under the certain condition.
