Abstract
An angle data processing algorithm for angle measurement with interferometer is presented in this paper. The algorithm first removes angle outliers from wrong phase ambiguous value, then filters angle with a 2nd order improved Kalman filter. The 2nd order improved Kalman filter can accurately track and measure angle and estimate angular rate. The results of experiment verify that the algorithm can completely remove angle outliers, accurately track and measure angle and has strong adaptation to target's angular dynamic.
