Research on aerospace enterprise risk evaluation based on principal component analysis

Abstract

Basing on the present situation that many aerospace enterprises of our country are in reform stage from plan economics to market economics, compared with many evaluation method of enterprise economic benefit, considered the advantages of principal component analysis which has the excellent characteristics of comprehensiveness, comparability, rationality and feasibility, a scientific aerospace enterprise's risk evaluation model is set up. That is, on the basis of establishing the risk index system of the aerospace enterprise risk evaluation, the principal component analysis is used to scientifically analyze and simplify the risk index factors. Then the risk of the enterprises by crediting evaluation is judged. At last, a numerical example illustrates the proposed method.
