Research of numerical simulation method in thermal stress of short range high speed missile of ablation protection material

Abstract

The short range speed warhead of carbonation combined material as an ablation coating was studied. The temperature of ablation coating was calculated with difference discrete method. The temperature wall of aluminium alloy was programmed. Comparing to the aluminium alloy warhead without ablation coating, the temperature wall and its heterogeneity were depressed distinctively. Then it was compared between titanium alloy and aluminium alloy warhead with Patran/Nastran software. At the economic and its mass, the later is more reasonable.
