Abstract

Aiming at the electromagnetic interference problem of the electric vehicle motor drive system, the common-mode interference and differential-mode interference conduction paths are analyzed. By constructing a conductive interference test system platform and combining the test results, the high-voltage conductive interference sources of the drive system are analyzed, and an electromagnetic interference suppression rectification plan is proposed. The rectification test results show that the high-voltage conducted interference of the rectified motor drive system meets the limit requirements of level 3 in GB/T 18655-2018, which proves that the rectification test plan given in the article is effective.
