Abstract

To reduce the experimental number of space pyrotechnics devices in the process of development and evaluation, the working mechanism and the force situation of shell were simulated by the AUTODYN finite element simulation software. Pressure distribution of different structures was obtained, which provided the theoretical basis for structure design of similar products. Then the output performance of igniter was tested and the reliability was evaluated, respectively at high temperature and room temperature. The results of output reliability under different conditions with different methods were compared, which presented three methods to solve reliability evaluation problem of space pyrotechnics devices with high reliability and at high temperature.
