Abstract

Aiming at the problems of highly discrete logistics and poor traceability of material information in the assembly process of complex products, a refined management and control method for assembly materials based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technique was proposed. Key techniques of the proposed method such as material distribution strategy based on daily work plan, RFID-based refined management and control for assembly logistics process, RFID-based real-time collection of materials' dynamic information were explained in detail. By using RFID technique, the intelligent identification of materials was realized. In addition, based on the material multi-level association model, the refined management of assembly materials was realized with three-level control mechanism of “assembly plan-assembly task-daily work plan”. The proposed method was supposed to provide a comprehensive, accurate and real-time data support for the follow-up quality control. A refined management and control system based on the proposed method was developed and successfully used in the assembly of satellites.
