N2 - An improvement of Hybrid Digital Correlation Algorithm for spaceborne synthetic aperture radar is presented. Without affecting the precision of the imaging result, the quantity of computation can be reduced greatly by the improvement. The principle of improvement is dealing with range walk in range frequency domain, to reduce the quantity of computation in the two-dimensional correlation of azimuth dimension. It is suitable for the real-time imaging of spaceborne SAR. (3 pages).
