Abstract

We demonstrate a non-mechanical real-time beam-scanning LiDAR system using a VCSEL-integrated beam scanner. The depth accuracy of less than 1% was obtained with the distance of 30 m and the field of view of 12° x 0.9°. The peak power of the beam-scanning VCSEL is as small as 0.6 W.
