Abstract
In this paper, we investigate the modeling and simulation of the target echo and K-distributed clutter echo for each radar member which go ahead synchronized as radar net by HLA. In output of the simulator, we can get each radar member's target information (distance, velocity, angle) in it's reference frame. Clutter is used as disturbance.
