Abstract

With progresses of micromachining and microsystem, kinds of available micro-manufacture technologies were developed and improved, which promoted the abroad progress of micro total analysis system ( μTAS). Lab on a chip is a flexible combination and mass integration of a number of units. It takes less time and requires fewer samples, and is applied widely in various research areas. This paper is intended as art introduction and early compendium for the application of μTAS.
